FC Ireland was founded in 1994, after watching the US Men's team play Brazil in the World Cup. Originally as the Leprechauns and some ‘old’ players from Cosumnes River College at Off the Wall during the summer of that year in the ‘Comp’ league. Our first major success was a second place finish to the Sacramento Knights (full team) in that year’s Christmas tourney. Founder and Manger David McCreary maintains it’s competitive edge through teamwork, fair play and a life long passion for the game. Now with 4 seasons completed in the CCSL the Club plays at the highest level of amateur soccer in the Central Valley of California, in a continuing quest to strive for the best soccer possible.

Every Tuesday - Men's A indoor - Rocklin. Our 2nd training night as the rains hit it is a great way to get some touches and have a bit of fun. Besides we win our fair share of shirts! Current roster and schedules. Current roster is locked. Come on out and have a beer and watch the boys go for the title!
Every Thursday - Rocklin. Get there in time to stretch and warm up on your own. Practice gets going right at 7.30pm. Small sided drills then some scrimmage time until 9pm or so Open practice for the rest of the year

Every Saturday Folsom Men's A - Not as hectic as the 1st team as all the games are in the same place. Good games on turf with a few solid teams, refs are always the weak point Each Saturday - now forming the next session for the 2nd Team. We can add/drop players the entire season.
Every Sunday - CCSL Premier. This is as 'high' as you can go as an amateur soccer player in the Central Valley. Travel to away games is as far as Turlock and Gridley. Next step up from here is the NPSL and the PDL on the soccer ladder Season Starts the first part of October for the 1stTeam.
