This one is the best! Over 50 Teams, organized, on time, music on every field, best food, best talent on the West coast, best refs??!!? Good people and by far the best atmosphere of any tournament, just ask those who return year after year. Ask anyone who has played in the event for over 5 or 10 years (there are plenty) we work very hard to keep the event organized, on time, and fun. I feel that I speak for all of the staff and support folk, we have a blast doing it! ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING! I would like to take the time now to thank the Team Managers before the event, often times it is a thankless job for organizing a team, paperwork, payment, collections, phone work, hotels, players, etc. Without the efforts of the Team Managers these events would not be as successful. - Troy

We offer two levels of linen service. If you choose the basic linen service, linens will be dropped off at your rental before your arrival. If you choose the VIP linen service, your beds will be made before your arrival. Prices vary by the number of people in your party. Please call our office for an estimate.  Payment  We accept VISA, MasterCard,Traveler's Check, Cashiers/Registered Check, Personal/Business Check, Money Order, and Cash. Your rent is due in full at least 60 days prior to your check in date. If your reservation is made within 60 days of your arrival date, your rent and deposit are due in full when you make your reservation. Rental rates are subject to change providing owner gives prior notice.  Deposit  A $700 security deposit is due within 7 days of making a reservation. The deposit is fully refundable within 21 days of departure, less any appropriate charges. Failure to pay a deposit within 7 days may result in the cancellation of your reservation.  Cancellations and Refunds  All cancellations must be made in writing and be received more than 60 days prior to your check in date. You will receive a full refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee. If you need to cancel within 60 days prior to your check in date you will receive a full refund if we are able to re-rent the property. If we are unable to re-rent the property we will retain your entire rental amount paid and refund your security deposit. Owner reserves the right to cancel.  Check In and Checkout  Check in time is 3 P.M. - 5 P.M. Keys will be ready for pick up at Bailey Property Management. If you will be arriving after 5 P.M. you must contact our office. Keys will not be left out unless all paperwork has been signed and received.  Checkout is at 10 AM. Please have all key and parking permits/passes at our office by this time. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate late checkouts at anytime.

We are looking to rent a full blown house for the tourney weekend (around $2000.00 for the full week). If you and your friends and or girlfriend would like to take a few days in Santa Cruz area the house is there for the renting! WAY cheaper than getting a hotel room and sleeping on the floor! Take a few days prior and have some fun at the beach!
