FC Ireland founded in 1994 has built a Club dedicated to the highest pursuit of soccer in the Sacramento valley and is again ramping up for this year’s California Central Soccer League campaign. Come and join the Club as we practice weekly on Thursdays and prepare for the next weeks game on Sunday. We also have our fair share of fun after the games, just take a look at our sponsors!

Mission Statement:
FC Ireland will promote fair play, sportsmanship and honor through the Club in all levels of soccer. Further FC Ireland will strive to be a fully sponsored Club. FC Ireland will have a management team and coaches to grow prospects within the Club with the goal of achieving the best results for the Club and the Clubs sponsors.
Rules governing the Club:
Fair play (Bréa Imeart), Sportsmanship (Fear Cothrom Galánta) and Honor (Honora) are to be hallmarks of the Club. Failure to support the Club or its efforts as determined by the General Manager will be cause for dismissal from the Club.
Responsibility is up to the individual as it relates to Club functions, Club uniforms and equipment, practices and games. Email lists and current website will be avenues of information. Players without access can call the General Manager or the Coaches.

Sam Singh was passionate about soccer, his dog, Scooby, and his new grandson, Jared.
He put other people first and never rested in his work as president of the Central California Soccer League, family and friends said. Mr. Singh, who had a heart attack while refereeing a soccer game in 2004, was in a coma for more than three years before dying Sunday. Mr. Singh was 58.
Rest in Peace friend - he was my first coach in the CCSL with "Brothers United" which is still going strong after all these years. He was the 'voice' on the CCSL hotline...

Second place finish in our bracket in the 1st Division of the CCSL. We lost 6 points due to a rules violation on a player card and missed the transfer at the end of the season by 1 point. Of the 16 teams in the first division we had the lowest goals against (Jacob Hill - G) and also the highest goal scorer (Zack Knudsen - F)

Holland: Hharlem Coke-Cola Cup U19 international tourney, 5th place. Lost to Norway who ended up winning the tourney. Over 1/2 of their starting 11 had ALREADY signed pro contracts! Hard fought loss at 3-2
